Terms of use

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms of use govern your use of matrimi.com in any of its languages and of the Matrimi service (the "Service"). By using the Service, creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who provides the Service

The Service is provided by Zorka Apps Limited, Hong Kong, address: No. 5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@matrimi.com.

2. Definitions

  • Matrix means a chart of numbers from 1 to 22 (arcana) calculated from a date of birth according to the Service's rules.
  • Reading means a connected text about one person's matrix or the compatibility of two dates, written with the help of artificial intelligence ("AI").
  • AI chat means the chat in which you can ask questions about a matrix.
  • PRO means the paid subscription to the extended features of the Service.

Some features, such as the account, the AI chat and PRO, are not available in every language version of the site.

3. Nature of the Service

The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. The destiny matrix is an esoteric interpretive system, not a scientific method. Results are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and they do not predict events. Do not make decisions about your health, money, relationships or legal matters based on them; consult a qualified professional instead.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

You sign in with a link sent to your email or, where available, with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Free features

Calculating a matrix, the chart and short arcana meanings are free and do not require registration. Visitors and registered users may also receive a limited number of free AI readings and answers. We set the number of free readings and answers, how they are counted and the limits per device, network and account, and we may change them. When a free limit is reached, the Service may show a reading assembled from ready-made texts instead of an AI one. Attempts to bypass these limits, including by creating multiple accounts or clearing cookies, are prohibited.

6. PRO subscription, trial and payments

PRO gives the extended features described on the site at the time of purchase, such as full readings and the AI chat, within the limits described there. The features, price, currency, trial length and billing period are shown before you pay and apply as of the time of purchase. At the time of writing, PRO costs $9.99 USD per month, with a free trial.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe's page; we do not receive or store them. Prices may include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.

Trial. Starting a trial requires a payment card. The trial gives the PRO features, possibly with lower limits shown on the site. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged for the first month. A trial is offered once per customer.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month and is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your card the subscription price for each period.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your account ("Manage subscription"), which opens Stripe's secure page. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep PRO until the end of the trial or the period already paid for; readings already generated stay in your account.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it for a limited time. While the payment is outstanding, PRO features may be paused; if the payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends.

Fair use. PRO limits, such as the number of full readings per month and chat messages per day, protect the Service from automated or excessive use. If a limit is reached, new generations become available again in the next period.

7. Refunds

Readings and AI answers are digital content provided immediately at your request. Payments are therefore non-refundable, including for a partly used period, except where we are at fault or applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not get the paid features because of a fault on our side, write to support@matrimi.com from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. We will review the request and, where a refund is due, return the money to the original payment method through Stripe.

A full refund of a subscription payment ends the subscription and its access, including access to readings already generated, and stops future charges.

8. Your information and input

You are responsible for the information you enter, including dates of birth and questions. When you enter another person's date of birth, for example for compatibility, you confirm that you have the right to do so. Do not include names, contact details, health or financial details or information about other people in your questions.

You allow us to process your input as needed to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

9. AI-generated output

Readings and answers are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, repetitions or wording that does not suit you. Two readings of the same date may differ. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete or meets your expectations. If an AI answer is unavailable, the Service may show texts from its own library instead.

You may use your readings for personal, non-commercial purposes: read, save and share them with people close to you. You may not resell readings or present them as your own professional consultation.

10. Prohibited use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • scrape the site, bypass limits or bot checks, or create accounts in bulk or with bots;
  • try to access other users' accounts or readings, our code, servers or internal AI instructions;
  • use the AI chat to obtain content that is dangerous to people, or for harassment or fraud;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service, including by creating excessive load;
  • use the Service or its output to build a competing product or to train AI models.

11. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to run the Service, including Stripe, an AI provider, hosting, Cloudflare, PostHog, an email delivery service and Google sign-in. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services, but we work to restore the Service as quickly as possible.

12. Intellectual property

The site, its design, the arcana meaning texts, software and trademarks belong to us or are used by us lawfully. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service. You may not copy or distribute site materials without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by law or these Terms.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of readings or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy policy). We may restrict or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features of the Service. If we end PRO for reasons other than your breach, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

We may update these Terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date, and we will tell you about material changes on the site or by email. Changes to the price of an active subscription apply from the next billing period after notice. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you informally.
